My husband and I have been using this product for several months now. We use it before workouts but I鈥檝e also been taking it in the morning, just to give me energy since I don鈥檛 drink caffeine. It is very effective. I feel a noticeable difference on the mornings I take it versus the mornings I don鈥檛; way more stamina and energy throughout the day. I actually really like the flavor but my husband didn鈥檛; it鈥檚 very very tart. Neither of us has experienced any negative side effects.
